Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Clear answers about how Issue.coffee actually works.
What is an operational issue?
Any problem, anomaly or corrective task that needs to be recorded, assigned and tracked through closure.
Can I organize issues by location?
Yes. Create locations, then filter and report on each site.
How is the monthly limit calculated?
Issues created in the calendar month of the configured time zone count. Earlier history does not use the current limit.
Is history lost when I reach the limit?
No. Only new issue creation is blocked for that month; existing records remain available.
Can I document the solution?
Yes. Save the solution when resolving an issue, then verify it when closing.
