Issues created during the calendar month in the workspace time zone count. The counter resets monthly.
History stays available
Reaching the limit only blocks new records; existing issues remain usable.
Active locations
This is a total limit. Excess locations are reversibly suspended after a downgrade.
Plan changes
An upgrade applies the new capacity and can reactivate suspended resources.
